In the today’s Real Estate market, the most valuable “real estate” isn’t the one that has your sign and name rider in front of it.
The most valuable “real estate” is the top of page one of Google. Owning this “real estate” is easy and FREE! (well almost free, but it’s still cheap) and will get you more brain cells than a newspaper or magazine ad, and dramatically increase your ability to sell the listing yourself.
What’s it take to get there? Well you do have to do something that might make you uncomfortable, START A BLOG! and buy some new sign toppers.
