Stop Foreclosure Temecula
If you’re a homeowner in the Temecula real estate market or Murrieta real estate market or other real estate markets in Riverside and San Diego Counties, don’t ignore your homeowner’s association.

We’re now into Week 5 of my loan modification and nothing so far this week. The documentation they requested was packaged up and resent and refaxed.
So I guess we wait and see what else they “don’t have”.
My son and I were discussing the loan modification process and he mentioned it sounded a lot like the Rainmaker.
The Rainmaker is a novel by John Grisham and later was made into a movie starring Matt Damon. In the book a novice attorney, Rudy Baylor (Damon) takes on Great Benefit Life who has denied a medical insurance claim for one of their policy holders. Read the rest of this entry »
